Singular Plural Noun

Noun Singular (singular) is the object which amounted to one, while Plural Noun (plural noun) is the object of more than one (two or more). In general, to form the Plural Noun is by adding "s " behind Noun.

Example : 
  1. Book = Books 
  2. Apple = Apples 
  3. Window = Windows
Countable and Uncountable Noun

Countable noun is the object that the amount can be calculated with numbers, for example, 1 bag (a bag), 2 pencils (two pencils), 10 tomatoes (tomatoes ten), 5 children (five children), and 1 room (a room).

Being uncountable noun is the number of objects that can not be calculated by numbers, and usually use a particular dosage unit or, for example : Water, sugar, sand, paper, coffee, water, hair, tea, and rice.

Collective Noun

Collective Noun is a noun that states collection of objects, such as : Audience, class, committee, couple, crowd, government, group, public, staff, and team.

In a sentence, Collective Noun could as Singular or Plural Noun. Examples : The government is revising the policy. The government is revising the policy is or the government are revising the policy.

Poper Noun

Proper Noun is a noun about a particular name, and begins with a capital letter, such as the person's name, city name, state name, university, building name, store name, company name, and so on. Examples : Joko, Mufli, John Lennon, Tokyo, Grand Hyatt, White House.

Common Noun

Which is a very common noun, such as : Football (soccer), student (students, pupils), village (village), and so on.

Material Noun

Or a noun material, which is about a noun derived from a natural source or other material, such as gold (gold), silver (silver), plant (plant), iron (iron), and soon.

Collective Noun

Collective nouns are names for a collection or a number of people or things. Words like group, herd, and array are collective noun examples.
